Our little herd of stabiliser cattle are reared in Yattendon and Pangbourne, West Berkshire.

Stabiliser cattle are a pedigree breed, made from some of the world’s best beef cattle – including Hereford, Red Angus, Gelbvieh, and Simmental. This mix creates cattle that are hardy, efficient, and lower carbon beef.

We keep things simple, grazing our cattle all year round in a regenerative system that works with nature.

Our beef is hung for 21 days to develop flavour. It is then butchered, vacuum packed and frozen,  perfectly preserving the best taste and quality.

Once purchased, beef boxes are available via Click & Collect near Pangbourne, or we can offer local delivery within 5 miles of Yattendon.
